PRC LICENSE RENEWAL ALREADY ONLINE

Great news for busy teachers like me! PRC License Renewal can be processed online and claimed at PRC designated office.

I was so pumped-up when I heard that part of the process can be done online now. Filing the application form for renewal is to be done online via their online platform, which by the way so user-friendly, and the actual ID is for pick-up.

What you need to do are the following:

1. Visit the official website of Philippine Regulatory Commission (click here http://www.prc.gov.ph/ )

2. Go to Registration eSERVICES and click on "I.D. Renewal". An option for the location of where you would like to process/ pick-up the ID, choose one from the options, either:
  • Central Office (at Morayta, Manila)
  • Regional Office
  • Robison Galleria/ Manila/ Novaliches

3. Once you have choosen your preferred location, it will direct you to a sign-up/ registration page. Enter you information similar to your initial information (except if there are any updates to your information that was submitted to PRC prior to your renewal).
For detailed step-by-step procedure you may access/download this PDF that they publish on this page (Click link here: PDF GUIDE)

NOTE: You need to prepare a soft copy of UPDATED ID picture saved in JPEG or .jpg format on your computer or other device. The photo must be 2X2 in size, PLAIN WHITE background, taken not more than 6 months prior to uploading, must wear decent attire WITH COLLAR)

4. After you have provided all the information, you need to click "SELECT TRANSACTION".
Then choose "RENEWAL".

5. Provide your PRC License number and profession.

6. Select your preferred PRC Office

7. Choose Appointment Date.

8. Select Payment Option. Transaction fees applies. Please save any reference number or download the "PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS".
If you choose "OVER THE COUNTER/ ATM BANKING", you need to choose which bank and use their respective BILLS PAYMENT FORM.
If you choose "ONLINE BANKING" choose your preferred bank
If you choose "MOBILE PAYMENT" you need to have G-Cash.
If you choose "OVER THE COUNTER NON-BANK TRANSACTION" through DRAGONPAYmake sure to have the printed copy of the payment instructions and follow to the detail to prevent delays. You can pay via BAYAD CENTER.

9. After payment, go back to your PRC-Online account and verify the status of your application, click EXISTING TRANSACTION, then click "PRINT STUB".

10. Claim your ID on the set date at the designated PRC Office.
Make sure that you bring the CLAIM STUB- "APPLICATION FOR PROFESSIONAL IDENTIFICATION CARD".
Do not forget to bring another ID when you claim the ID.

11. Make sure you LOG_OUT YOUR ACCOUNT.

NOTE!!!
If you missed your appointment you may claim it on another day, no need to set new appointment online. Just proceed to your designated PRC Office and bring all the requirements.

You may also do your INITIAL TRANSACTION online.

The claiming is super fast that it took me longer time to get there than claiming the card.

GREAT JOB PRC for making it easier than before.
